Email Logging
NetVizor 4.1 now logs all incoming and outgoing
email messages (POP3 and SMTP). Now you can read
all emails sent and received by users on your
computer.
Events
Timeline Logging
NetVizor 4.1 has a powerful events logger that
shows you what users did, in the order they did
it, when they did it. The events timeline shows
when users opened or closed a program, viewed a
window, opened a website or document, printed a
file, and much more!
Improved Applications Logging
NetVizor 4.1 now logs how long applications were
actively used by users - along with how long
they were open. Now you can see if users are
actually doing their work in certain
applications rather than just leaving them open
in the background.
Remote Security Auditing
NetVizor 4.1 can audit remote workstations for
insecure registry settings (such as trojan and
virus installations), improper user account
configurations, or insecure password policies.
Multiple Subnet Viewing
NetVizor 4.1's centralized log viewer can tie
multiple subnets together for easier centralized
monitoring than previous versions. Now one can
monitor all subnets from one location.
Activity Alerts
NetVizor 4.1 can send email alerts when improper
websites are visited, applications are executed,
unwanted chat clients are opened, or even when
users when shutdown and startup the computer.
Log File Encryption
NetVizor 4.1 offers powerful log file encryption
to protect all activity logs from prying eyes -
they can only be decrypted and viewed within the
NetVizor client software.
Interface Enhancements
NetVizor 4.1's web interface has been updated to
be easier to read and view. NetVizor's interface
has also been tweaked to become more organized
and easier to navigate.
Security and Stability Improvements
NetVizor 4.1 uses an improved security model
over previous versions - including built in
encryption, spyware detector disabling, improved
stealth, time/date change prevention, and more.
NetVizor 4.1 also fixes a handful of common bugs
present in previous versions.
